Born and raised in Northern California, Aman has a BA from California State University, Sacramento and a Master’s from the University of California, Davis. SANJ PUREWAL
Sanj is originally from California and has a BA from California State University, Sacramento. Sanj received his AMI training from the Montessori Training Center of New England. He enjoys exploring the great outdoors, cooking, and going on road trips.
DANIELLE MARTIN
Danielle studied English literature and creative writing, as well as child psychology at California State University, Sacramento. Danielle completed her Lead Teacher training from the Montessori Institute of San Diego. She strives to bring her creative background into the classroom to provide her students with a well-rounded experience. “My goal is to lay the foundations for kind, curious, and empathetic individuals who will one day make their own unique imprints in their world. As our school expands, I’m excited to grow and learn with every student.”

Dama Gutierrez
Dama was born in Bogotá, Colombia and has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a specialization in Educational Management. Dama is currently obtaining her Primary teacher training at Montessori Northwest. From an early age, Dama knew that she wanted to work with children and it really shows in her interactions with her students. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with her family.
Bella Skiba
Bella grew up in Lincoln and has been working in freelance childcare for children ages 1-10 years old for the past three years. Bella has always had aspirations to work in childcare and social services. She is excited to join our team and start her career in caregiving. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Tristen Spence
Tristen grew up in Loomis her background in Montessori started from an early age since her mom was a Montessori teacher. While in High School she worked alongside her mom at a Montessori school and then worked as a nanny. Tristen is thrilled to be at Rocklin Ranch Montessori because she loves to learn and practice the Montessori method. She loves watching the children gain independence and confidence through the Montessori method. Tristen’s favorite things include cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Kelsey Cooknick
Kelsey grew up in the greater Sacramento. She graduated with a BA in Asian Studies from CSU Sacramento then moved and worked in Japan as an English teacher for two years. It was there she realized her passion for teaching and upon returning to the U.S., began her coursework for Early Childhood Education at Sierra College and started working in the field as a day care teacher. Kelsey is currently attending Primary Teacher Training at Montessori Northwest in Portland. She enjoys emphasizing social emotional learning and encouraging the children in her care to express their creativity through art.
Araceli Aguilar
Araceli grew up in Forest Grove, Oregon. Her 3 favorite hobbies are hiking, cooking and swimming. She is very excited to be at Rocklin Ranch Montessori because she enjoys working with children.
Olivia Mendoza
Olivia is originally from the Bay Area and moved out to the Sacramento area when she was about six years old. She recently graduated from Sacramento State and has always loved helping out with children of all ages, especially the younger ones! Three fun hobbies of hers include: baking, reading, and designing! She is so excited for this school year and being able to help and support the primary kids here at RRM

Yelena Litvinchuk
Meet Yelena! She was born and raised here in Northern California. Yelena has enjoyed working with children for as long as she can remember. She has a degree in science but realized that teaching young children is what she is passionate about, “I truly do not feel like my job is a job because I love what I do so much. I get excited to come to work each morning and see their sweet faces. The connections I have built with the children and staff at this school are something I cherish. It brings me so much joy to watch these young children learn new things each day and just watch them grow.” Yelena enjoys working out, going to the beach or city, and spending quality time with close friends and family.

Karina Manduca
Karina grew up in Loomis. She completed two years at Sierra College with her major in Deaf Studies. She has been a nanny for 8 years working with all ages of children from newborn to 13. Her hobbies are camping, fishing and running. She is excited to be a part of Rocklin Ranch Montessori school not only to prepare herself for a long future in working with children but because of her love of watching them learn and grow.
Stephanie Alviso
Stephanie was born in Washington, but spent most of her childhood up and down the west coast. She has always been aware of her passion for working with children. Initially studying psychology, she decided to then foster her desire to work with children. Stephanie landed her first classroom position at her church a few years ago and since then, she has honed her skills as an educator. “I feel proud of using my patience and creativity to help children grow and learn. I believe I have found my true calling working with children and I am eager to bring my passion to Rocklin Ranch Montessori School”.
Kendall Pronin-Shaffer
Kendall grew up in the Bay Area and has spent the last few years in Rocklin. She has always loved working with kids. On top of having young siblings, she worked in a daycare during high school. Some things she enjoys are crafting, going to thrift shops, and going on hikes! Most of all, she views each day as an exciting opportunity for new lessons and to make an impact however possible.

Liubov Horiunenko
Liubov was born and raised in Ukraine. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education from a University in Ukraine. She has been working with children for the past ten years and is happy to be able to fulfill her passion at Rocklin Ranch Montessori. Liubov enjoys hobbies include reading a book, cooking, and watching movies.
Betzy Garcia
Betzy is from Jalisco, Mexico but I grew up in California. She is currently attending American River College to receive her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. Betzy has been working with children for the past 12 years. She loves how children are so much fun, kind, full of positive energy. They motivate her to be a better person and she learns something new each day from them. Betzy feels that this is the most rewarding job of all. Betzy loves to travel, watch movies, and workout. “I am excited to be part of this incredible school because I see this opportunity to expand my knowledge. I also admire Rocklin Ranch Montessori's work ethic and positive impact in the children's lives.”
